Our Verdict
For D2C merchants managing intricate logistics and prioritizing a fully branded experience with advanced features like split shipment tracking, review collection, and upsells, Order Tracking by Pragma appears to be the stronger choice. While it has a limited number of reviews, the 5/5 rating suggests initial positive user experience. Merchants seeking a streamlined, easy-to-implement solution focused primarily on providing order updates via WhatsApp and fostering direct customer communication will find WhatsApp a suitable option. However, the lack of any reviews at all should prompt caution and thorough investigation before adoption.
