Common Questions
Which app better reduces customer inquiries about order status?

StatusPro empowers you to create an order lookup page and send email updates based on customized statuses, allowing you to manage the flow of information.
Does either app integrate directly with my internal warehouse management system?

Which app is easier to set up and use?

StatusPro is specifically designed for this scenario. It allows you to define custom statuses reflecting your internal processes and trigger email notifications accordingly. Ordertracker focuses primarily on tracking information provided by shipping carriers.
