Ordertracker ‑ Track & Upsell vs Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPandafor Shopify (2026)
Ordertracker ‑ Track & Upsell and Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda, while both listed under the 'Storefronts - Other' Shopify category, serve distinctly different purposes. Ordertracker ‑ Track & Upsell focuses on enhancing the post-purchase customer experience by providing robust order tracking capabilities. It aims to reduce customer inquiries about order status and potentially increase sales through upselling opportunities within the tracking page. Its strength lies in its integration with over 1200 couriers and features designed to provide transparency and control over the tracking information presented to customers, particularly regarding shipments from China. Waivers E‑Signatures‑SignPanda, on the other hand, is not related to order tracking. From the app names, it can be surmised that its primary focus is on legally binding e-signatures for waivers. Although more information is needed about its functionality, it can be assumed to be for merchants in industries needing customer agreement forms to be signed digitally prior to a service or sale. The customer of this app is likely to be more focused on legal compliance, risk management, and streamlining agreement processes.
