Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing customer experience and seeking a fully branded tracking experience with upsell capabilities, Ordtrak *might* be considered, but the extremely low rating and single review are significant red flags. Thorough investigation and communication with the developer are crucial before implementation. Alternatively, look for well-reviewed alternatives.
Synctrack is the clear choice for merchants heavily reliant on PayPal or Stripe who need to streamline their payment processing, accelerate fund access, and proactively manage potential disputes. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews indicate a reliable solution for addressing specific PayPal and Stripe-related challenges. If you're primarily concerned about getting paid faster and reducing financial risks associated with these platforms, Synctrack is the recommended application.
