Our Verdict
If a merchant's primary goal is to leverage their Instagram presence to drive sales and improve visual merchandising, OT: Instagram Feed, Instafeed is the clear choice. The shoppable post feature and real-time updates are invaluable for businesses heavily reliant on Instagram. However, if a merchant is more focused on improving the core functionality of their store, such as payment options, search, or adding a promotional top bar, Tence Add-Ons provides a suite of tools to enhance the theme without directly editing code. While Tence Add-Ons offers compelling additions, the lack of social proof, measured by the low number of reviews, makes OT: Instagram Feed, Instafeed a less risky option until Tence can build a broader base of satisfied users.
