Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with reducing fraudulent COD orders and high RTO, especially in regions prone to such issues like India, Pakistan, Philippines, and Egypt, OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification is the better choice. Its automated OTP verification and order status updates through WhatsApp, SMS, and Email provide a robust solution to confirm order validity and keep customers informed. The limited customization is a fair trade-off for ease of setup and functionality.
On the other hand, Priya COD Form: Made In India is a better fit for merchants who want to enhance their checkout experience with a customizable COD order form to potentially boost conversions and streamline the ordering process. If the primary goal is to create a professional-looking form and simplify the checkout flow within the Indian market, Priya COD Form offers the flexibility and tools needed to achieve that. However, be mindful that it lacks the fraud prevention features of OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification.
