Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with improving the login experience and offering a secure, passwordless alternative, OTP Login with Phone is the stronger choice. Its higher rating, significantly more reviews, and focus on customizable OTP settings and account management indicate a more polished and user-friendly solution for this specific purpose. SMS Alert is more suitable for merchants seeking a broader SMS marketing solution with OTP login as a supplementary feature. If order notifications, abandoned cart recovery, and bulk SMS campaigns are priorities, SMS Alert, despite its lower rating, might be a better fit, especially if DLT compliance is required for Indian markets.
