Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator vs Thryvfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator and Thryv face a decision between a specialized, highly-rated invoice generator and a broader CRM and financial management platform. Oxilayer focuses solely on creating PDF invoices and boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 105 reviews, suggesting strong user satisfaction with its invoice generation capabilities. Thryv, on the other hand, aims to be a comprehensive solution encompassing estimates, invoices, payment syncing, customer relationship management, and campaign automation. However, it currently has no ratings or reviews, indicating it's either very new to the Shopify ecosystem or not widely adopted. The key difference lies in scope. Oxilayer provides a focused, potentially simpler solution for merchants primarily concerned with generating professional-looking PDF invoices. Thryv offers a wider range of functionalities, targeting merchants who need integrated CRM and financial management tools within their Shopify workflow. This wider scope could be valuable for businesses seeking to streamline customer interactions, payment tracking, and marketing campaigns. However, the lack of user feedback for Thryv makes its reliability and ease of use difficult to assess, representing a significant risk compared to the established Oxilayer.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a straightforward and reliable solution specifically for generating PDF invoices, Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator appears to be the superior choice in 2026. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews indicate a well-established and user-friendly app.
Thryv, while potentially offering a more comprehensive solution with its integrated CRM and financial management features, carries a higher risk due to the complete absence of user reviews. It might be suitable for merchants needing an all-in-one platform and willing to beta test a new app, but those prioritizing reliability and proven performance should likely opt for Oxilayer, at least until Thryv gains a positive track record.
