PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia vs PULPO WMS Warehouse Managementfor Shopify (2026)
PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia and PULPO WMS Warehouse Management, while both listed under 'Third-party logistics (3PL)' in the Shopify App Store, target distinct areas of the fulfillment process. PACK & SEND Live focuses on external logistics, providing a multi-carrier solution to automate label generation, booking couriers, and tracking information delivery to customers. It emphasizes access to a national network of logistics experts and simplifies shipping both domestically and internationally. Its core value proposition is taking the 'hassle out of logistics' by directly integrating with the merchant's shopping cart order. PULPO WMS, on the other hand, is a warehouse management system centered on optimizing *internal* logistics processes. It manages incoming goods, warehousing, picking, and packing. Its key strengths lie in improving inventory accuracy, product rotation management, and streamlining warehouse operations through features like a no-code Web Wizard and intuitive UI. PULPO aims to reduce operating expenses and improve employee performance within the warehouse environment. The biggest difference is that PACK & SEND Live focuses on the transportation of goods *after* packing, whereas PULPO focuses on the processes *within* the warehouse that lead to packing.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with automating their shipping process and leveraging a multi-carrier network, especially those needing support for both domestic and international shipments, PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia could be a viable option *if* they can verify the app's reliability despite the lack of reviews. However, the absence of user feedback presents a significant risk.
In contrast, PULPO WMS Warehouse Management is a better choice for merchants with established warehouse operations who are looking to optimize their internal processes, improve inventory accuracy, and reduce operational costs. The 5-star rating and positive mention of its intuitive UI and no-code wizard suggest a user-friendly and effective solution for managing warehouse logistics. Due to the lack of reviews for PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia, PULPO WMS Warehouse Management is a significantly safer and more advisable choice.
Common Questions
Does PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia offer warehouse management capabilities like PULPO WMS?
No, PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia focuses on external logistics, such as carrier selection, label generation, and tracking, *after* the order is packed. It doesn't manage internal warehouse processes like inventory tracking or picking.
Is PULPO WMS suitable for merchants who want to outsource their shipping entirely?
No, PULPO WMS is designed for managing warehouse operations internally. It helps optimize the processes leading up to packing, but it doesn't handle carrier selection, shipment booking, or tracking – areas covered by PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
While both apps claim ease of use, PULPO WMS has user reviews highlighting its intuitive UI and no-code Web Wizard, suggesting a simpler setup process than PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia. The lack of reviews for PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia makes it impossible to compare its ease of use definitively.
Which app is better for a small business just starting with e-commerce?
A small business might benefit more from PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia if their primary need is simplifying shipping. However, the lack of reviews is concerning. PULPO WMS might be beneficial only if they are already warehousing their products and want to improve efficiency, however, most startups likely use a dropshipping model or outsource to a 3PL. PACK & SEND Live may be more applicable as startups typically have minimal internal warehousing needs, so focus is on shipment generation.
Do either of these apps handle dropshipping fulfillment?
Neither app explicitly mentions dropshipping. PACK & SEND Live focuses on integrating with a shopping cart's order for shipment after packing, implying that goods are being shipped from a warehouse after being packed. PULPO WMS is designed for managing internal warehouse processes. Dropshipping typically involves the supplier directly shipping the product, bypassing a merchant's warehouse.
