PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia vs Trexityfor Shopify (2026)
PACK & SEND Live ‑ Australia and Trexity, both third-party logistics (3PL) apps on Shopify, offer distinct solutions for merchants. PACK & SEND Live aims to provide a comprehensive multi-carrier solution for both domestic (Australian) and international shipping, emphasizing access to a network of logistics experts and tools for streamlined fulfillment. Its strength lies in its potential for handling diverse shipping needs, including bulk consignments and international orders, targeting businesses with complex logistics requirements. However, its lack of reviews and a zero rating present a significant concern. Trexity, on the other hand, focuses squarely on affordable and reliable local delivery. With a perfect 5/5 rating based on 20 reviews, it appears to be well-regarded for its ease of use and customer notifications. Trexity's key value proposition revolves around enabling merchants to own the 'last mile' experience by providing a reliable local delivery network, allowing them to focus on business growth. This makes Trexity ideal for businesses seeking to enhance their local customer relationships and delivery speed. The absence of details regarding international shipping is a limitation. In 2026, the reliability inferred from social proof (ratings & reviews) holds immense value. Therefore, merchants should be wary of the unproven nature of PACK & SEND Live until further data emerges.

Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Trexity appears to be the stronger option for merchants primarily concerned with local delivery in 2026. Its perfect rating and positive reviews suggest a reliable and user-friendly service. PACK & SEND Live, while potentially offering broader shipping capabilities, carries significant risk due to the absence of any user reviews.
Merchants needing a comprehensive, multi-carrier solution for national and international shipping may consider PACK & SEND Live, but only after thorough due diligence and ideally, a trial period once reviews become available. Trexity is the safer bet for merchants focused on building strong relationships with local customers through reliable and affordable delivery.
