Our Verdict
Given the immense difference in user ratings and review count, Proveway PayPal Tracking Sync appears to be the far more reliable and established option for most Shopify merchants in 2026. The high rating and numerous reviews suggest that it effectively delivers on its promises of automating PayPal tracking sync and reducing fund holds. While PalSync's AI-powered approach and smart rules engine might sound appealing, the extremely low rating and single review raise serious concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Only merchants with a very high tolerance for risk and a specific need for PalSync's unique features should consider it. For the vast majority, Proveway is the safer and more proven choice.
