Pandectes GDPR Compliance vs Sticky Add To Cart ‑ TVARKAfor Shopify (2026)
Pandectes GDPR Compliance and Sticky Add To Cart ‑ TVARKA, while both technically falling under the 'Banners' category on Shopify, serve entirely different purposes and target distinct segments of the merchant population. Pandectes is a comprehensive solution focused on ensuring GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulation compliance. It prioritizes legal adherence, consent management, and integration with platforms like Google and Microsoft to facilitate compliant data handling. TVARKA, conversely, focuses on sales optimization. It aims to increase conversion rates and average order value (AOV) by making the 'Add to Cart' button perpetually visible to shoppers as they browse. The core difference lies in their objectives: one is about legal compliance and data privacy, the other is about sales performance and user experience on product pages. Pandectes' strength is its breadth of features for adhering to various privacy laws and its certifications, making it suitable for businesses operating in regulated markets. TVARKA's appeal lies in its simplicity and direct impact on boosting sales, targeting merchants who want to improve their store's conversion funnel. Choosing between the two depends entirely on whether your primary concern is legal compliance or sales performance.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with adhering to GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other privacy regulations, Pandectes GDPR Compliance is the clear choice. Its comprehensive feature set, certifications, and integration with key platforms ensure robust legal compliance and consent management. The high number of positive reviews also indicates a reliable and well-regarded solution within its niche.
However, if the primary objective is to boost sales and improve the user experience on product pages, Sticky Add To Cart ‑ TVARKA provides a simple and effective solution. Its focused approach to keeping the 'Add to Cart' button visible can lead to increased conversion rates, and AOV. While it has far fewer reviews than Pandectes, its functionality directly addresses a common pain point for e-commerce merchants focused on maximizing sales.
