Our Verdict
Given the available information, PostCo Returns & Exchanges is the safer choice for most Shopify merchants, especially those prioritizing a proven, reliable solution with a strong track record. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews suggest a satisfying user experience. Pango Returns & Shipping, while promising advanced features like AI-driven automation and A/B testing for returns, is a riskier option due to its lack of reviews. It might be suitable for larger merchants with the resources and technical expertise to implement and optimize a complex system, and who are comfortable being early adopters. However, its unproven status makes it difficult to recommend over PostCo without further evidence of its effectiveness.
