Our Verdict
Choosing between PaperDay and WeSupply depends entirely on the merchant's primary need. If the goal is to enhance internal team organization and task tracking with a minimal and visually appealing solution, PaperDay ‑ Simple Team Notes is likely the better choice. Its immediate usability and familiar notebook interface can provide a quick win for teams seeking a lightweight tool. However, if the merchant struggles with managing returns and exchanges and aims to improve customer satisfaction in this area, WeSupply Returns & Exchanges is the obvious solution. It appears the two apps are not directly competitive. Therefore, it's less about choosing and more about recognizing whether you need one, the other, or potentially both.
