Parcel Monitor Track & Notify vs Synctrack PayPal Tracking Syncfor Shopify (2026)
Parcel Monitor Track & Notify and Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync are both Shopify apps in the "Orders" and "Order tracking" categories, but they serve vastly different purposes. Parcel Monitor focuses on enhancing the customer post-purchase experience through branded tracking pages and automated delivery notifications. It aims to reduce WISMO (Where Is My Order?) inquiries and create upsell opportunities by providing a holistic shipment overview. In contrast, Synctrack streamlines the payment processing aspect by automatically syncing tracking information to PayPal and Stripe. This helps merchants get their funds faster and reduce PayPal disputes, particularly for businesses selling through multiple channels like Facebook and Instagram.
