Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a superior post-purchase tracking experience and brand engagement related to shipping, Parcel Monitor Track & Notify *could* be a viable option, *if* its features perform as described. However, the complete lack of reviews is a significant red flag. Workflow Automation—React Flow is the better choice for merchants seeking comprehensive automation of order fulfillment, customer management, and marketing tasks. Its high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest a proven track record. If a merchant needs to choose just one, Workflow Automation offers broader functionality and social proof of its effectiveness, but a merchant could choose both apps for a complete solution.
