Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with reliable and well-regarded order tracking, Parcel Panel Order Tracking's perfect rating and substantial number of positive reviews make it a strong contender. It suggests a well-established and trustworthy solution. However, for merchants looking to leverage order tracking as a tool to enhance their brand, reduce customer support inquiries through branded tracking pages and automated notifications, and increase revenue with pre-purchase EDD and upsell opportunities, TrackingMore Order Tracking appears to offer a more comprehensive and feature-rich solution tailored to these specific needs. If the merchant is doing dropshipping from China, TrackingMore is the obvious choice because of its capability to hide Chinese origin details.
