Parkour: Facebook Pixel & Feed vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Parkour: Facebook Pixel & Feed and Zigpoll Customer Surveys are both Shopify apps categorized under Operations and Analytics, but they serve distinctly different purposes and target different areas of business improvement. Parkour focuses on enhancing Facebook advertising campaign performance by improving data tracking and attribution through the Meta Pixel and Conversion API. Zigpoll, on the other hand, is a customer survey platform designed to gather feedback and insights from customers at various stages of the buying journey. Parkour aims to help merchants optimize their Facebook and Instagram advertising ROAS by providing accurate data collection and bypassing tracking limitations imposed by iOS updates and ad blockers. It emphasizes ease of use with a quick setup process. Zigpoll, contrarily, centers on understanding customer sentiment and pain points through customizable surveys delivered via multiple channels (on-site, email, SMS). It leverages AI analytics to extract valuable insights from the collected data, enabling merchants to improve their business roadmap, marketing spend, and conversion rates. While Parkour deals with *external* marketing optimization on the Facebook platform, Zigpoll emphasizes *internal* process and product improvements based on customer feedback.
