Our Verdict
PasswordFree Authenticator App is a high-risk, high-reward option for merchants deeply concerned with account security and willing to adopt potentially complex authentication technology. The lack of reviews is a significant red flag, and merchants should proceed with extreme caution, if at all, by 2026. Swish is a more established and safer choice for merchants seeking to improve customer engagement, drive sales through wishlists, and leverage integrations with marketing platforms. The positive reviews and free customization service suggest a smoother implementation and a higher likelihood of achieving the desired results. A merchant focused on growth and customer experience should prioritize Swish.
