Our Verdict
For merchants who primarily want to improve checkout conversion by optimizing which payment methods are displayed and prioritize fast support, Payment Rules Hide PaymentHero is the better choice. The app promises an easy setup and offers support in both German and English. However, merchants needing more comprehensive control over the entire checkout process, including shipping methods, and who require advanced rule conditions and validation features for fraud prevention should opt for Simesy Hide Payment Methods. Simesy gives more control at the cost of likely a steeper learning curve.
