Our Verdict
PostPal ‑ Postkarten Marketing seems better suited for merchants seeking a comprehensive, hands-off solution for postcard marketing with a focus on existing customer retention and personalized automated campaigns. The 5/5 rating with 14 reviews suggests a positive user experience and reliable service. Penny Black, while promising, lacks any user reviews or ratings. Penny Black *could* appeal to merchants primarily focused on increasing immediate post-purchase revenue through inserts and managing the insert design and implementation process themselves; however, the lack of any validation in the form of reviews/ratings makes it very difficult to confidently recommend without external validation from other sources (external reviews etc).
