Personizely: A/B Testing & CRO vs Singleton | Verify Customersfor Shopify (2026)
Personizely: A/B Testing & CRO and Singleton | Verify Customers cater to vastly different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. Personizely focuses on conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, empowering merchants to experiment with pricing, content, themes, and URLs to boost sales. It positions itself as an all-in-one CRO toolkit requiring no coding knowledge, allowing merchants to make data-backed decisions through real-time insights. Singleton | Verify Customers, on the other hand, emphasizes customer access control and validation. It's designed for stores that need to restrict product visibility and pricing to approved customers. This is valuable for businesses with wholesale operations, membership programs, or those selling sensitive or restricted products. The app's key feature is the ability to approve or decline customer access, allowing merchants to build a custom registration form and hide prices and 'add to cart' buttons from unapproved visitors. They both share a 'pricing' category but address fundamentally different needs - one, optimizing price using A/B testing and another, controlling who sees the price.
