Photo Gallery | Robin PRO vs SEO Speed Image Optimizerfor Shopify (2026)
Photo Gallery | Robin PRO and SEO Speed Image Optimizer cater to different aspects of image management for Shopify stores. Robin PRO focuses on visual presentation and sales conversion through engaging galleries. Its core strength lies in creating visually appealing, fast-loading photo galleries where images can be directly linked to product pages to drive sales. SEO Speed Image Optimizer, on the other hand, prioritizes image optimization for site speed and SEO performance. It automatically compresses and resizes images, optimizes alt text, and provides reports to track progress. The primary divergence lies in their target merchant. Robin PRO is geared towards merchants who want to showcase their products through visually rich galleries, protect their images, and directly increase sales through image linking. It also appeals to businesses migrating galleries from other apps like Cozy Image Gallery. Conversely, SEO Speed Image Optimizer targets merchants concerned about site speed and SEO, needing to improve their image performance without manually editing each image. It’s ideal for stores with many images that may be slowing down their website and hindering search engine rankings. Both are related to media management, but are very different.
