Pickware ERP & WMS vs WebCEO GTO Malaysiafor Shopify (2026)
Pickware ERP & WMS and WebCEO GTO Malaysia, while both categorized as ERP apps on Shopify, cater to drastically different merchant needs. Pickware ERP & WMS aims to be a comprehensive ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management System) solution, likely suitable for businesses needing inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall business process optimization. It boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 16 reviews, suggesting positive early user experiences. Pickware's scope is far broader than WebCEO, hinting at more complex setup and functionality. WebCEO GTO Malaysia, conversely, is hyper-focused on a very specific niche: Malaysian businesses operating in shopping malls and needing to automate the submission of POS sales data to those malls. It lists several major Malaysian malls it supports and allows for both automated and manual data uploads. It currently has no ratings or reviews. The 'ready-to-use' claim for supported malls suggests an easier, faster setup process for those merchants, but it would be useless to those not needing this precise functionality.

Our Verdict
Choosing between Pickware ERP & WMS and WebCEO GTO Malaysia hinges entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant is a Malaysian retailer operating in one of the listed malls (or willing to pay a setup fee for a new mall), and they require automated POS data submission to that mall, WebCEO GTO Malaysia is the only logical choice. It addresses a very specific pain point that Pickware does not. However, if the merchant is *not* in this niche, WebCEO GTO Malaysia is irrelevant.
For all other Shopify merchants seeking ERP or WMS functionality, Pickware ERP & WMS is the more appropriate option. The positive early reviews, while limited, are a positive indicator. Merchants should still thoroughly research Pickware's features and pricing to ensure it aligns with their requirements, but it's the clear choice for general ERP needs. WebCEO caters to such a niche that it is not really a broad alternative to an ERP like Pickware at all.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
WebCEO GTO Malaysia is likely easier to set up *if* the merchant operates in one of the listed Malaysian malls. The app is designed for a very specific task, suggesting a more streamlined onboarding process in that scenario. Pickware ERP & WMS, being a more comprehensive ERP solution, likely requires more configuration and integration effort.
Which app is more expensive?
Pricing information is not provided for either app. It's impossible to definitively say which is more expensive without that data. However, given Pickware's broader functionality, it might be priced higher, although this is speculative.
Can WebCEO GTO Malaysia be used outside of Malaysia?
Based on its description and supported malls, WebCEO GTO Malaysia is explicitly designed for the Malaysian market. It's unlikely to be useful or functional outside of Malaysia, unless new malls are added and locations become global.
Does Pickware ERP & WMS support integration with Malaysian shopping malls?
There is no indication that Pickware ERP & WMS has specific integrations with Malaysian shopping malls. It's a general ERP system, so any integration would likely require custom development or third-party connectors.
Which app provides broader functionality?
Pickware ERP & WMS provides significantly broader functionality. It's an ERP and WMS solution, covering areas like inventory management, order processing, and potentially more. WebCEO GTO Malaysia is strictly focused on automating POS data submission to Malaysian malls.
