Our Verdict
Given the drastically different ratings and Qikify's clearly defined feature set, Qikify Contact Form Builder is the strongly recommended option for almost all Shopify merchants in 2026. Its high rating, no-code approach, and comprehensive features make it suitable for both beginners and experienced users looking to create efficient and effective forms.
Pify Contact Form Builder, with its zero rating, presents a significant risk. Unless there is compelling evidence of a dramatic turnaround (which is unlikely given the number of negative reviews), it is best avoided. Only a merchant desperate for a potentially free and extremely basic solution who is willing to troubleshoot extensively *might* consider Pify, but this is a highly risky proposition.
