Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with significant return fraud and abuse problems and who are comfortable with a potentially more complex AI-driven solution, Pinch AI: Fraud & Return Abuse might be worth exploring, despite its lack of reviews. The features around customer scoring, fraud detection, and adaptive policies suggest a more targeted approach. However, given the lack of reviews and the unknown implementation complexity, it's a higher-risk choice. For merchants seeking a proven, well-reviewed returns and exchanges app, xCotton Post Purchase Guard seems like the safer and more practical starting point. The large number of positive reviews strongly suggests a reliable and user-friendly experience, even though we lack specific details on its feature set.
