Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing paid advertising and needing to accurately track campaign performance on Facebook and TikTok in a privacy-focused landscape (iOS 14+), Pixelfy is the clear choice. Its multi-pixel support and server-side tracking address a critical need for data accuracy in the face of evolving privacy regulations. If, however, a merchant aims to engage customers directly and build relationships via WhatsApp, WAX is the superior option. Its conversational marketing tools and automated flows offer a direct channel to drive sales and improve customer retention. Merchants can also consider that WAX boasts a perfect 5/5 rating and slightly more reviews, suggesting potentially higher user satisfaction, though the difference in review count is not massive.
