Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with improving their website's visibility in search engine results and identifying SEO-related issues, Plug in SEO ‑ Smart SEO Audits is the more appropriate choice. Its focus on SEO audits and optimization caters specifically to this need.
However, if a merchant's main objective is to optimize their website for higher conversion rates and increased revenue through rigorous A/B testing of various elements like pages, themes, and even pricing, Shogun ‑ A/B Testing is the better option. The ability to run sophisticated tests and segment audiences makes it a powerful tool for data-driven decision-making, despite the relatively small number of reviews compared to Plug in SEO.
