Our Verdict
Zigpoll Customer Surveys, given its overwhelmingly positive reviews and focus on readily generating actionable customer insights through surveys, is the generally safer recommendation for most Shopify merchants. Its ease of use and AI-powered analytics offer immediate value in understanding and improving customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
PMA ‑ Power My Analytics might be valuable for merchants already heavily invested in external analytics platforms and needing to integrate Shopify data into those systems for custom reporting. However, the extremely low rating and minimal reviews necessitate caution. Unless a merchant has specific technical expertise and a clear need for advanced data integration, Zigpoll's user-friendliness and customer-centric approach offer a more reliable and immediately beneficial solution.
