Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on UPS and seeking robust automation features like bulk label printing, order synchronization across multiple channels, and complex workflow creation (e.g., split orders, package size matching), UPS Shipping (Official) appears to be the better choice. The built-in chat support is also a significant advantage. However, if a merchant primarily utilizes Post & DHL for shipping, the Post & DHL Shipping (official) app is the obvious selection. Its larger review count suggests established reliability, even if detailed features are not explicitly outlined. The choice hinges on the preferred shipping carrier and the level of automation required.
