PostCo Returns & Exchanges boasts a perfect 5-star rating, but based on a significantly smaller sample size of 79 reviews compared to Return Prime's 4.9-star rating from 662 reviews. Return Prime positions itself as a comprehensive returns management solution focused on turning returns into revenue opportunities. Our Verdict
For smaller merchants or those just starting out, PostCo Returns & Exchanges might be a good option if the perfect rating and potentially simpler interface are appealing. However, the limited information makes it difficult to fully assess its capabilities. For larger, more established DTC brands that need a comprehensive returns management system integrated with their existing WMS and logistics tools, Return Prime appears to be the better choice. Its focus on revenue recovery through exchanges, store credits, and upsells also makes it a strong contender for brands seeking to improve customer lifetime value and reduce the financial impact of returns. The higher number of reviews also suggests a more mature and widely adopted product.
