Our Verdict
Based on the available data, PostCo Returns & Exchanges is likely a safer bet for merchants prioritizing proven reliability and a larger user base. Its high rating across a significant number of reviews suggests consistent performance. However, for businesses willing to take a chance on a newer app and seeking a more customizable, brand-centric, and automated returns experience, Reveni Returns & Exchanges presents a compelling option. Reveni's focus on customer loyalty and recurring sales through a premium returns portal positions it well for stores looking to leverage returns as a strategic advantage.
