PostCo Returns & Exchanges vs Reverto : Return & Exchangefor Shopify (2026)
PostCo Returns & Exchanges and Reverto : Return & Exchange are both Shopify apps designed to streamline return and exchange processes for merchants. PostCo boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on a substantial 79 reviews, suggesting high user satisfaction and reliability. Reverto, on the other hand, is newer with a 4/5 rating from a single review. Reverto positions itself as an 'all-in-one' solution, emphasizing automation and customization of return policies, cancellation management (including line-item cancellations), and integration with logistics platforms. This suggests Reverto targets merchants seeking comprehensive control and automation over their returns process. While PostCo's high rating and review count imply proven stability and user-friendliness, Reverto's focus on advanced features like line-item cancellation and logistics integrations could be attractive to larger businesses or those with complex return workflows. The key difference lies in the emphasis: PostCo seems to prioritize simplicity and user satisfaction, while Reverto focuses on providing a robust, feature-rich platform for handling diverse return scenarios. Merchants should consider the complexity of their return needs and the importance of proven reliability versus advanced functionality when choosing between the two.

Our Verdict
For smaller merchants or those seeking a straightforward and reliable returns solution with a proven track record, PostCo Returns & Exchanges is the better choice due to its excellent rating and numerous positive reviews. The significant difference in review count suggests a more established user base and fewer potential surprises.
However, larger businesses with complex return policies, high volumes of returns, or a need for granular control over cancellations (including line-item management) and seamless integration with logistics providers might find Reverto : Return & Exchange to be a more suitable option, despite the limited review data. They must weigh the risk of the app being newer with fewer reviews against the potential benefits of its advanced features.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the ratings and review volume, PostCo is likely more user-friendly. Reverto's advanced features might come with a steeper learning curve.
Which app is more suitable for handling returns from international customers?
Reverto, with its stated focus on logistics integration, may be better equipped for handling complex shipping and customs issues related to international returns, though this isn't explicitly stated.
Does either app offer proactive return prevention features (e.g., size charts, product descriptions)?
Neither app explicitly mentions proactive return prevention features in their descriptions. Their focus appears to be on managing returns once they occur.
Which app offers better customer support?
The review count of PostCo might make you infer more robust customer support. Reverto, as a newer app, would need more feedback for a solid claim.
Which app is better for managing exchange requests rather than just returns?
Both apps explicitly list 'exchanges' as a key feature. Therefore, the decision would depend on specific needs and features related to exchanges that are most important to the merchant (e.g., inventory management, automated exchange processing).
