Our Verdict
Given the available information, PostCo Returns & Exchanges is likely a great option for smaller businesses or those seeking a straightforward returns solution, especially if they value perfect ratings above specific feature sets. The lack of details regarding PostCo means it is difficult to determine who the app caters to best. Rich Returns & Exchanges, on the other hand, is more suitable for businesses that require advanced features like Shop app integration, automated emails, branded portals, prepaid shipping labels, and, most importantly, integrations with other business systems (ERP, IMS, CRM, 3PL). Its target market seems to be larger, or quickly-growing, merchants that need to scale their returns management.
