PostCo Returns & Exchanges vs ShipAny: Label, Track, Pickupfor Shopify (2026)
PostCo Returns & Exchanges and ShipAny: Label, Track, Pickup both target Shopify merchants, but with distinct focuses. PostCo positions itself as a returns and exchanges solution, likely streamlining the process for both merchants and customers. Its perfect 5/5 rating with a substantial 79 reviews suggests a high level of customer satisfaction, especially regarding its core functionality. ShipAny, on the other hand, appears to be a broader shipping solution, encompassing label generation, tracking, and pickup arrangements. Its lower rating of 4.3/5 and smaller review count of 17 indicate that it may not be as polished or specialized as PostCo in its specific area, but offers a wider range of features. The key difference lies in the specialization. PostCo excels in reverse logistics, handling returns and exchanges, a critical aspect of customer retention. ShipAny offers a more comprehensive shipping management solution, covering the entire outbound shipping process. Therefore, the ideal choice depends on the merchant's primary need: efficient returns management versus complete shipping workflow control. The review volume difference also suggests PostCo has either been around longer or is more actively promoted within its target niche. Choosing between these apps requires careful consideration of a merchant's specific shipping needs. If returns and exchanges are a significant pain point, PostCo is likely the better choice. If the merchant requires an app that handles all aspects of the outbound shipping process, ShipAny offers a more comprehensive solution, though its lower rating and fewer reviews should be considered.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants heavily focused on improving their returns and exchanges process to boost customer loyalty and reduce operational overhead in 2026, PostCo Returns & Exchanges appears to be the stronger choice, evidenced by its perfect rating and significantly higher number of reviews. This suggests a robust and well-received solution for handling reverse logistics.
However, merchants seeking a more comprehensive shipping solution, covering label generation, tracking, and pickup, should consider ShipAny: Label, Track, Pickup. While its rating and review count are lower, it offers a broader range of functionalities. It's crucial to investigate the specific features offered by ShipAny and ensure they meet the merchant's outbound shipping needs before making a decision. If possible, a trial period with both apps is advisable.
