PostCo Returns & Exchanges vs ShipSaver: Insurance & Labelsfor Shopify (2026)
PostCo Returns & Exchanges and ShipSaver: Insurance & Labels are both Shopify apps that fall into the 'Returns and warranty' category, but they cater to very different needs within that space. PostCo, with its perfect 5/5 rating based on 79 reviews, focuses specifically on simplifying the returns and exchanges process for Shopify merchants. ShipSaver, on the other hand, aims to be a comprehensive shipping solution, handling label generation, insurance, and order import across multiple channels (Shopify, eBay, Etsy). However, it currently lacks any user reviews. The key difference lies in their scope. PostCo is a specialized tool for managing returns and exchanges, while ShipSaver positions itself as an all-in-one shipping management solution. ShipSaver highlights features like Commercial Plus Pricing on USPS, one-click label printing/insurance, and multi-channel order import as its core value propositions. While PostCo's features aren't detailed in the provided data, the higher rating and review count suggest a user base that finds its returns/exchanges focus valuable. Without more information on PostCo's specific features, it's difficult to directly compare feature-by-feature beyond their core functionalities.

Our Verdict
Choosing between PostCo Returns & Exchanges and ShipSaver: Insurance & Labels depends entirely on your business needs. If your primary concern is simplifying and automating the returns and exchanges process, and you value a well-reviewed app, PostCo is the better choice. The 5/5 rating with 79 reviews suggests a positive user experience.
However, if you're looking for a comprehensive shipping solution that handles label generation, offers discounted shipping rates and insurance, and integrates with multiple sales channels like eBay and Etsy, ShipSaver might be worth exploring, despite the lack of reviews. It's crucial to thoroughly test ShipSaver or seek out external reviews before committing, given the absence of user feedback within the Shopify App Store. Merchants primarily concerned with returns and exchanges may find ShipSaver’s feature set overkill.
