PostCo Returns & Exchanges vs SPX Expressfor Shopify (2026)
PostCo Returns & Exchanges and SPX Express represent drastically different areas of the post-purchase experience for Shopify merchants. PostCo, with a perfect 5-star rating based on 79 reviews, focuses on simplifying the returns and exchanges process. This suggests a strong positive user experience and potentially a robust feature set for handling returns efficiently. In contrast, SPX Express aims to streamline the initial fulfillment process, covering shipment creation, label printing, and order management, as its description indicates. However, its lack of positive reviews and a single review overall is a major concern. SPX Express promises seamless integration within the Shopify admin, a simplified user experience, and intelligent fulfillment capabilities (the 'Seamless, Simple, Smart' promise). This would appeal to merchants looking to consolidate their fulfillment operations within Shopify. PostCo, given its high rating and focus on returns, likely offers features tailored to improve customer satisfaction and retention by making returns and exchanges easy and convenient. The choice between them hinges on whether the merchant needs to solve initial shipping logistics or post-purchase customer service for returns and exchanges. Given the data available, there's little verifiable data to support choosing SPX Express at this point.

Our Verdict
Currently, based on the available data, PostCo Returns & Exchanges appears to be the safer choice for most Shopify merchants. Its strong rating and substantial review count indicate a reliable and effective solution for handling returns and exchanges. SPX Express, while promising a streamlined fulfillment process, lacks the validation needed to recommend it.
Merchants who are willing to take a significant risk and potentially deal with a less stable app might consider SPX Express. If their primary need is order fulfilment, with low returns, and they're comfortable being an early adopter of an app with limited validation, then SPX Express might be worth looking at more closely. However, given the information provided, PostCo Returns & Exchanges is the better option for most Shopify merchants, especially those focusing on customer satisfaction and efficient returns processing.
