Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants globally, PostCo Returns & Exchanges is the safer and more reliable option given its overwhelmingly positive reviews. Its focus on returns and exchanges makes it broadly applicable to any store seeking to improve this aspect of their business. The high rating suggests a user-friendly interface and effective functionality.
Trax Logistics is a highly specialized app tailored for Shopify merchants operating in Pakistan and specifically using (or intending to use) Trax Logistics for their shipping needs. The lack of reviews and zero rating make it a risky choice. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly investigate the app's functionality and support before committing to it. Contacting the app developer directly for a demo and technical details is highly recommended before any implementation.
