PostCo Returns & Exchanges vs Trocas, Devoluções e Garantiasfor Shopify (2026)
PostCo Returns & Exchanges and Trocas, Devoluções e Garantias both target Shopify merchants looking to streamline their returns and exchange processes. However, they present vastly different profiles. PostCo Returns & Exchanges boasts a perfect 5/5 rating from 79 reviews, indicating strong user satisfaction. It's a proven option with established credibility. Conversely, Trocas, Devoluções e Garantias has no reviews and a 0/5 rating, making it a significantly riskier choice for merchants. Trocas, Devoluções e Garantias emphasizes comprehensive automation, aiming to handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims 24/7. It also focuses heavily on the post-sale customer experience and offers features like bonus incentives for customers choosing store credit over refunds. A key differentiator is its integration with OMS FullComm for automated fiscal operations. While PostCo's specific features aren't detailed, the significant difference in user feedback suggests it might be a more reliable, albeit potentially less feature-rich, option. Trocas might appeal to larger merchants needing deep automation, *if* it can prove its reliability.

Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, PostCo Returns & Exchanges appears to be the safer and more reliable choice. Its perfect rating and positive reviews offer strong social proof. Trocas, Devoluções e Garantias, while promising advanced automation and OMS integration, is a considerable risk due to the absence of user feedback.
If a merchant *absolutely* needs the specific features offered by Trocas, particularly the OMS FullComm integration and advanced automation of warranty claims, and is comfortable being an early adopter, then it might be worth considering. However, even then, thorough due diligence, including contacting the developers and potentially requesting a demo, is crucial. Otherwise, PostCo is the better option.
