Our Verdict
If your business primarily operates domestically and you seek a returns solution with a proven track record of user satisfaction (based on rating), PostCo Returns & Exchanges might be the better choice. Its perfect rating, while based on a smaller sample size, suggests a user-friendly and effective solution. However, if you're an e-commerce business with a significant focus on cross-border sales, especially to and from the UK, ZigZag Returns & Exchanges is the clear winner. Its robust feature set, including support for multiple international carriers and automated processes, makes it better suited for handling the complexities of international returns, exchanges, and refunds. The volume of reviews also suggests a more battle-tested product.
