Postly: Click and Drop Sync vs Workflow Automation—React Flowfor Shopify (2026)
Postly: Click and Drop Sync and Workflow Automation—React Flow, while both 5-star rated apps in the Shopify Orders category, cater to drastically different merchant needs. Postly focuses solely on streamlining Royal Mail Click & Drop integration, offering automated order transfer, dispatch syncing, and customer notifications. This makes it a specialized solution for businesses heavily reliant on Royal Mail for shipping. Workflow Automation—React Flow, on the other hand, is a comprehensive automation platform designed for a broader range of tasks, encompassing order fulfillment, customer management, marketing, and accounting integrations. It uses a visual flow builder, allowing merchants to create custom automated workflows. Workflow Automation—React Flow offers greater flexibility and scope, enabling merchants to automate various aspects of their business. While Postly's functionality is limited to Royal Mail integration, its simplicity and direct approach may be more appealing to smaller businesses or those prioritizing a straightforward shipping workflow with Click & Drop. React Flow's extensive features and integrations make it suitable for scaling operations and businesses looking for comprehensive automation across multiple business functions, but it will be more complex to set up initially. The large difference in the number of reviews (17 vs. 168) also suggests React Flow has a wider user base and a longer track record.
