Our Verdict
The choice between PostPal and Tranxact depends entirely on a merchant's marketing strategy. If a merchant is looking to leverage the power of direct mail with personalized, tangible postcards to re-engage customers or promote specific offerings, PostPal is the clear choice, especially if they lack in-house design expertise. Tranxact is better suited for merchants prioritizing social media marketing and online advertising. It provides a quick and easy way to create visually appealing ads and engaging social media content without requiring design skills, making it ideal for businesses focused on digital customer acquisition and engagement. The relatively low number of reviews on both apps should prompt merchants to proceed cautiously, but the perfect ratings are encouraging.
