Our Verdict
If you're looking for a complete, hands-off direct mail solution, including design and fulfillment, and are comfortable with a service provider handling the process, PostPal is likely the better choice. However, if you're already leveraging Shopify Flows and want to integrate direct mail into your existing automated workflows for abandoned cart recovery or customer retention, ZAP~POST is the superior option.
