Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on increasing revenue through order modifications and upselling, Postsell: Order Editing Upsell appears to be the more suitable option, especially given its higher rating and larger number of reviews. However, given the limited data, it's crucial to investigate the specifics of Postsell's editing capabilities. Webkul Order Management is better suited for merchants who want to empower their customers with self-service options for managing their orders, reducing the burden on customer support and potentially increasing customer loyalty. Merchants dealing with a significant volume of return/exchange requests or those wanting to allow reorders with discounts will find Webkul more valuable.
