Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on offering flexible payment plans for pre-orders and backorders, particularly if migrating from another pre-order app, PreOrder App+Partial Payment K provides a seemingly straightforward solution. However, the lack of explicitly mentioned integrations or back-in-stock features may limit its capabilities for broader marketing efforts. STOQ, with its strong emphasis on back-in-stock notifications, integrations with marketing tools, and 24/7 support, is the better choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive solution that not only manages pre-orders but also actively engages customers and recovers lost revenue due to out-of-stock products. Its higher review count and rating suggest greater overall user satisfaction, especially for those needing robust back-in-stock alerting features and B2B capability. STOQ is also better if you value reliable customer support.
