Our Verdict
For merchants frequently experiencing out-of-stock issues and wanting to capture demand even when products are unavailable, Preorder, Back in stock Duck is the clear choice. The app is very popular, and with that comes a solid user base and a lot of feedback on its support and effectiveness. The live chat is a solid indication that the company is committed to customer service. Stockify | Stock Counter is better suited for merchants who want to create a sense of urgency and build customer trust with in-stock products. However, the very small sample size of reviews makes it difficult to fully validate the app's claims and overall user satisfaction.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Preorder, Back in stock Duck claims to be super easy to get started, with setup taking only a few minutes. Stockify | Stock Counter claims easy theme integration with no coding required.
