Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with increasing revenue through checkout optimization and advanced CRO techniques, PrettyDamnQuick (PDQ) is the clear choice. Its comprehensive suite of features, including A/B testing, AI insights, and real-time delivery promises, positions it as a powerful tool for improving conversion rates. The high rating and substantial number of reviews further support its effectiveness. SPX Express, on the other hand, is better suited for merchants who prioritize streamlining their fulfillment process and need a simple solution for managing shipments and printing labels directly within Shopify. However, the lack of positive reviews and low adoption rate raise concerns about its reliability and overall value. Unless a merchant has very basic and pressing fulfillment needs and is willing to take a risk on a potentially unproven app, PDQ is the better option overall.
