PriceBazi: Volume Discount vs Singleton | Advanced Discountsfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, the choice between PriceBazi: Volume Discount and Singleton | Advanced Discounts is starkly different based on available data. PriceBazi, despite having a slightly higher number of reviews (41), has a concerningly low rating of 0/5. This suggests widespread user dissatisfaction. Singleton | Advanced Discounts, on the other hand, boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 31 reviews. Singleton positions itself as a comprehensive discounting solution offering automatic and code-based discounts with advanced options for motivating customers. It targets merchants who want flexibility in creating various types of discounts, including volume discounts, date-ranged offers, and customer-specific pricing tiers, including wholesale/B2B. Singleton's description highlights its ability to create discounts for selected customers, products, or based on rules, catering to both broad promotional campaigns and targeted customer segments. The app also emphasizes discount visibility across cart drawers, cart pages, and checkout, aiming to provide a seamless user experience. The presence of visual aids like volume discount widgets and countdown timers further enhances its appeal. PriceBazi's lack of positive reviews and feature details makes it difficult to assess its specific strengths or target audience beyond basic volume discounting, presenting a significant risk for merchants compared to Singleton.

Our Verdict
Given the available data, Singleton | Advanced Discounts is the clear choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its perfect rating, comprehensive feature set, and focus on customer segmentation and discount visibility make it a much safer and more versatile option. Singleton is particularly well-suited for merchants who need to offer a variety of discounts, target specific customer groups, or create promotions for wholesale/B2B partners.
PriceBazi: Volume Discount's extremely low rating is a significant red flag. While it may potentially offer a simpler experience for very basic volume discounting needs, the risk associated with choosing an app with such negative feedback is high. Unless there are compelling reasons to believe the reviews are unrepresentative or the app has undergone a significant overhaul, it's difficult to recommend PriceBazi over Singleton.
Common Questions
What is the biggest difference between PriceBazi and Singleton?
The most significant difference is the user rating. Singleton boasts a perfect 5/5, while PriceBazi has a concerning 0/5. This suggests a vast disparity in user satisfaction.
Which app is better for a store that wants to offer wholesale discounts?
Singleton | Advanced Discounts is better suited for wholesale discounts as it explicitly mentions the ability to create discounts for wholesale customers or B2B partner groups, while PriceBazi doesn't provide any such details.
Is PriceBazi easier to use than Singleton?
Potentially, PriceBazi might be easier to use if it focuses solely on basic volume discounts. However, the lack of information and negative reviews make it difficult to definitively assess its ease of use, and the simpler feature set could come at the expense of necessary features and robustness.
Which app provides better visibility of discounts to customers?
Singleton | Advanced Discounts clearly states that discounts are visible in cart drawers, cart pages, and checkout, ensuring customers are aware of the available savings. PriceBazi provides no such information regarding discount visibility.
If I only need very simple volume discounts, is PriceBazi a viable option?
While PriceBazi *might* be an option for very basic volume discounts, its 0/5 rating is a serious concern. Before considering it, thoroughly investigate the reasons behind the negative reviews. It's generally safer to opt for a well-regarded app like Singleton, even if you only use a subset of its features, to ensure reliability and support.
