Conversely, for merchants heavily invested in understanding and improving customer experience, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear winner, especially considering its significantly higher number of positive reviews and focus on gathering actionable insights from customer feedback. Its integration with Shopify and marketing tools makes it a powerful tool for customer-centric businesses.
