Our Verdict
Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder is the clear choice for merchants needing flexible, customizable forms for various customer-facing interactions, especially those leveraging marketing automation tools. Its AI capabilities and integrations provide a compelling value proposition for improving data collection and customer engagement. XB Recruit Pro, on the other hand, is specifically designed for recruitment and is suitable only for businesses actively looking to hire and manage job applicants. Given its lack of reviews and focus on a very specific business function, it’s hard to recommend broadly. Most Shopify merchants would find Primy more immediately useful.
